I saw the best movie last weekend, Zodiac. This movie was so interesting to me and so well done I fucking LOVED it! The Zodiac Murders were well before my time but I like the story, I’m so twisted lol, so I went to see it at the show and it was riveting, it was one of those movies that stayed with me for a long time and I love that. Robert Graysmith (Jake Glyyenhaal), then a young cartoonist with the San Francisco Chronicle, was so fascinated by the case that he began a decades-long amateur investigation into it. This cartoonist in San Francisco took it upon himself to keep trying to solve the case. He was totally obsessed with the Zodiac, and he over time mounted allot of evidence against a guy named Arthur Leigh Allen. Now this “Leigh” as he was called in the movie was played by Margie’s husband from Fargo, you know Drew Carry’s brother lol, John Carrol Lynch, he is really a great character actor and makes a REALLY creepy bad guy! I thought also that Robert Downey Jr was excellent in this, I can’t seem to get enough of him, he is an Alcoholic Newspaper guy, (which he plays very true to life) and it seems like whomever this case touched as far as police and newspaper men, they were drawn into it and obsessed by it for years and years on end. I thought the movie was done very well and it was directed by the guy who did Seven (one of my favorites.) You know I blog on and on about calls and sex and Nasty stuff I was just thinking I can’t stop thinking about this movie! I wondered if anyone else liked it as much as me?
