I am such a health freak. I start each day with a fruit smoothie. Well, lol, I have started adding some fresh protein to my morning shakes. Every morning I jack off who ever is laying next to me and add the big juicy glob of protein to my morning shake. I swear my days seem so much brighter and My energy level is off the charts.
